What should I do if I accidentally deposit crypto that OKX does not support?

If you accidentally deposit crypto that OKX does not support to your account, you cannot use or trade these assets in OKX. But, you can now withdraw the assets with the self-service feature, instead of asking for help from our customer support.

Here’s how to do it:

Tap Assets – Funding. Untradable assets that you accidentally deposit are put under the Untradable assets tab in Funding.

Tap the ellipsis (3 dots) icon of the crypto you want to withdraw. Then select Withdraw to go to the Untradable asset withdrawal page.

Select or enter the Withdrawal network, address, and the amount you want to withdraw.

Review withdrawal information and tap Submit to confirm the transaction.
Note:
- This feature is available to version 6.0.29 or above. Please upgrade your OKX app to the latest version.
- The fee shown on the withdrawal page is paid to cryptocurrency miners. OKX does not charge fees on untradable asset transactions.
