Deposit cryptos such as BTC to OKX. When the withdrawal platform (or wallet) claims the withdrawal is successful, but the OKX account hasn’t received the crypto. Why?
A completed withdrawal on the corresponding platform doesn’t mean an instant deposit to the OKX account.
There are 3 steps for depositing cryptos:
Transfer from the withdrawal platform (or wallet) – Confirm by block miners – Arrive in the OKX account.
Therefore, when the withdrawal platform (or wallet) claims the withdrawal is successful, but the OKX account hasn’t received the crypto, it is because the blocks haven’t been quite confirmed yet when the crypto is withdrawn to the chain. OKX cannot deposit your crypto in the account until the miners on the chain confirm that the number of blocks has been reached.
However, block congestion will also prevent your crypto from being fully confirmed. Only the completion of confirmation on full blocks will enable OKX to credit your crypto into the account. You can check your crypto in the account once it is credited.
Please check the below items before contacting OKX:
(1) If the blocks haven’t got fully confirmed, please be patient and wait until the confirmation is finished.
(2) If the blocks have got fully confirmed, but the deposit in the OKX account hasn’t been done yet, please wait, as the arrival may occur with a short delay. You can also query by providing accounts (email or phone),the deposited crypto, trading ID (which is generated by the withdrawal platform, so please claim to them) and other information.

Step 1: Log in to your OKX account
