OKX Wallet is the first to support ETHW fork

 Latest Announcements    |      2022-09-15
Dear OKX users:

Ethereum completed the Merge update at 06: 42 on September 15, 2022 (UTC). Ethereum also underwent a successful hard fork at 14:11 on September 15, 2022 (UTC). The hard-forked network, ETHPoW, has issued a new token, ETHW, airdropped to ETH holders.

As of 18:00 on September 15, 2022 (UTC), OKX Wallet officially supports the ETHPoW blockchain and ETHW token.

Users who deposited Ethereum assets into OKX Wallet before the Merge will receive equivalent assets on ETHPoW chain after the fork, including ETHW tokens, NFTs, and ETHPoW versions of their ERC-20 tokens (if compatible).

Within 12 hours of the ETHPoW hard fork, each OKX wallet address that receives ETHW assets will also receive an airdrop of OKT to cover up to 10,000 transaction fees on OKC chain.

If you have questions about this promotion, please refer to the full announcement, available here. You can also reach out to the official OKX Telegram channel.

We will issue a separate announcement when we have completed the OKT airdrop.
